Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and modernization of elevators and escalators while ensuring compliance with international safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong engineering knowledge, leadership skills, and experience working with major elevator manufacturers
Responsibilities
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with international lift safety standards, regulations, and quality procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues to ensure equipment reliability.
