Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 1–2 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
* Knowledge of residential or commercial construction projects is preferred.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Basic knowledge of project planning software (MS Project or Primavera) is an advantage.
* Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
• Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Support quantity estimation and material planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction
• Perform any other engineering duties assigned by the project manager.
