We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance
• Support employees with IT-related issues and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records
• Assist in system upgrades and IT infrastructure improvements
