* Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
* Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Track inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to minimize losses.
• Monitor reorder levels and assist in inventory planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
