Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join a leading facilities management company . The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with air conditioning systems, ventilation equipment, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical and electrical components
Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable and energy-efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, air balancing, filters, and equipment operation while maintaining service records.
• Ensure all work complies with HSE regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company maintenance procedures.
