Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management company in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring efficient performance, energy optimization, and compliance with quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, package units, and split AC systems.
• Plan and allocate daily work schedules, monitor technician performance, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Diagnose HVAC system faults and coordinate corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and HSE regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service records, equipment history, and coordinate with clients and facility management teams.
