Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for a Borouge Refinery Maintenance Project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive Gulf Oil & Gas experience, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in supervising technicians, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Supervise HVAC installation, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for refinery and industrial facilities.
• Inspect and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, ventilation systems, pumps, and ductwork.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and clients to execute maintenance schedules and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
