Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated HVAC Serviceman to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will assist in the installation, servicing, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of air conditioning equipment, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services while following safety standards
Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on split ACs, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Clean filters, coils, ducts, and other HVAC components to improve system efficiency.
• Assist senior technicians during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance schedules.
