Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Duct Chargehand to lead duct installation teams for a leading MEP and construction project . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, site supervision, and manpower coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to approved specifications
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC duct installation teams, ensuring all work is completed according to project drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings, duct shop drawings, and installation details to guide the workforce effectively.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of installation activities.
• Inspect installed ductwork, supports, dampers, diffusers, and accessories to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Enforce HSE regulations, maintain daily progress reports, coordinate with site engineers, and resolve on-site technical issues.
