We are seeking an Human Resource Officer to responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace environment and ensuring smooth human resource functions across the organization
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and official documentation
