Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee administration, record management, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining HR documentation, coordinating employee-related activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR administrative processes
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR team
