We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources and administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding activities, attendance tracking, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview scheduling
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR database updates
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR department
