Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Analytics Intern to support our Human Resources function by leveraging data analytics to improve HR processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and generate meaningful workforce insights
Responsibilities
• Collect and organize HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, spreadsheets, surveys)
• Assist in building and maintaining HR dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Support in preparing monthly/quarterly HR reports for leadership
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support ongoing HR projects involving analytics and metrics tracking
