Job Description
A Contract Helper provides general labor and on-site support for a fixed-term project lasting 2–3 months. The Helper assists skilled workers such as welders, pipe fitters, fabricators, and technicians by preparing materials, handling tools, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and performing manual tasks to ensure project activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
• Assist skilled trades personnel with daily work activities.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare work areas and clean up debris after work is completed.
• Support lifting, positioning, and moving materials as directed.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
