Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Foreman to join a leading Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams responsible for heavy equipment, ensuring efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge of heavy machinery, and the ability to manage workshop operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise maintenance and repair activities for heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented to maximize equipment availability.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and ensure compliance with HSE and company quality standards.
