Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Driver–Mechanic to join a leading Facilities Management company . The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles safely while performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate should possess strong driving skills, sound mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring vehicle reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with road safety regulations
Responsibilities
• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles for transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and carry out preventive maintenance checks.
• Diagnose and perform minor mechanical repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, and steering systems.
• Maintain vehicle service records, fuel logs, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and HSE regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and carry out preventive maintenance checks.
