Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Generators Supervisor to oversee generator maintenance operations for a leading Facilities Management company. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams, ensure uninterrupted power generation, and manage preventive maintenance programs for diesel generators and associated electrical systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Responsibilities
• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of diesel generators and backup power systems.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Lead maintenance technicians, allocate tasks, and monitor work quality and productivity.
• Diagnose generator faults, coordinate repairs, and maintain operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company maintenance procedures.
