Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Foreman – Gardener to lead landscaping and garden maintenance operations for a leading Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise gardening teams, maintain landscaped areas, and ensure healthy plant growth while delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical horticultural knowledge, and experience managing irrigation and landscape maintenance activities
Responsibilities
• Supervise gardeners and assign daily landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the health of plants, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
• Ensure proper use of gardening equipment, irrigation systems, and landscaping materials.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
