Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation operations.
* Experience supervising drivers and coordinating fleet activities.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with fleet management software is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Optimize routes and fleet schedules to improve efficiency
