Job Description
We are hiring skilled Hydrotest Fitters for a leading project in the UAE with hands-on experience in piping, fitting, and hydrostatic testing activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of pipe fittings, valves, flanges, test lines, and hydrotest equipment. Candidates must be capable of preparing piping systems for pressure testing and carrying out safe dismantling and reinstatement activities. Strong mechanical skills, accuracy, teamwork, and HSE awareness are essential
Responsibilities
• Prepare and assemble piping systems, valves, flanges, and fittings for hydrotesting.
• Install test blinds, temporary connections, gauges, hoses, and related equipment.
• Check test lines and joints for proper alignment and leak-free connections.
• Assist with pressurization, depressurization, dismantling, and reinstatement activities.
• Follow hydrotest procedures, drawings, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
