Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of fire detection systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local fire safety regulations
Responsibilities
• Install, test, commission, and maintain conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, and notification devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to complete installation and repair works.
• Prepare service reports and ensure compliance with NFPA standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements.
