Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender documentation, and pricing analysis.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and tendering procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
* Familiarity with estimation software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Time management and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams during tender preparation
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain updated records of material and labor costs.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
