Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities maintenance project . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities, managing technical teams, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, control panels, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility management operations. This role requires effective leadership, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure that all electrical work is completed in accordance with approved standards, schedules, and HSE requirements
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate electricians and electrical technicians to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of electrical distribution systems, panels, transformers, generators, lighting, and associated equipment.
• Review electrical drawings, maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical specifications before assigning work to the team.
• Diagnose complex electrical faults, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely corrective action to minimize equipment downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, manpower schedules, material requirements, and coordinate with facility management teams and clients.
