Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join a leading construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and site operations while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor the performance of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines.
• Inspect electrical works, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical works and timely project completion.
• Enforce HSE regulations, maintain daily site reports, and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
