Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for a major Power Plant Shutdown Project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will supervise electrical maintenance teams, coordinate shutdown activities, and ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
Responsibilities
• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and shutdown activities involving motors, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and distribution systems.
• Plan and assign daily work to electricians and technicians while monitoring productivity and quality.
• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and work permits before execution.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed within shutdown schedules.
• Enforce HSE standards, permit-to-work procedures, and maintain daily work and progress reports.
