Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Chargehand to supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities for a leading construction project . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage electricians, ensure quality workmanship, and complete projects safely and on schedule
Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead a team of electricians to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Inspect completed work, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with project requirements and electrical codes.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor workforce productivity, and ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
• Enforce HSE regulations, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, and maintain daily work progress reports.
