Job Description
We are hiring experienced Ductmen (HVAC Duct Installers) for construction and MEP projects . The ideal candidates should have experience in fabricating, installing, and maintaining HVAC ducting systems according to project drawings and industry standards while ensuring quality workmanship and workplace safety
Responsibilities
• Install GI, MS, and aluminum HVAC ductwork as per approved drawings.
• Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings and installation plans.
• Assemble, align, and secure duct sections, supports, dampers, and accessories.
• Inspect completed duct installations to ensure proper fit, alignment, and air-tightness.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain tools and work areas in good condition.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
2–5 years
Required Skills
Ability to read HVAC drawings and duct layouts.
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
HVAC duct installation and fabrication knowledge.
Physical fitness and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using duct installation tools and equipment.
