Job Description
We are hiring experienced Ductmen for leading construction and MEP projects . The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of HVAC ducting systems in commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings. Candidates with GCC experience and strong knowledge of HVAC duct installation are highly preferred
Responsibilities
• Install and assemble HVAC ductwork according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure duct sections, fittings, and accessories.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, duct layouts, and installation plans.
• Inspect completed ductwork and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper airflow and quality.
• Follow HSE regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
5–6 years
Required Skills
Ability to read HVAC drawings and duct layouts.
Familiarity with HVAC tools and safety practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
HVAC duct installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of duct fabrication and installation techniques.
