Job Description
We are seeking skilled Duct Men for large-scale construction and MEP projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC ducting systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Candidates should have experience in duct installation, reading technical drawings, and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
Responsibilities
• Install and assemble HVAC ducting systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and fit ducts and accessories accurately.
• Read and interpret duct layouts and technical drawings.
• Inspect installed duct systems and perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–5 years
Required Skills
Ability to read technical drawings and duct layouts.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with ducting tools and equipment.
HVAC duct installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of duct fabrication and assembly techniques.
