Job Description
Company is seeking experienced Dredge Operators to operate and maintain dredging equipment for marine construction and dredging projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dredging equipment, a strong understanding of marine safety procedures, and the ability to achieve operational targets efficiently
Responsibilities
• Monitor dredging operations and achieve production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic operational maintenance.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and Marine Crew.
• Maintain daily operational records and report equipment issues.
• Follow all HSE policies and marine safety procedures.
