Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support on corporate matters, review and draft agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will advise management on legal risks, support business transactions, and represent the organization's interests in corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions when required
• Prepare legal reports and coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary
