We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors / Foremen to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, maintain quality standards, and effectively lead site teams
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction site operations
• Interpret and execute work based on approved shop drawings
• Carry out setting out and ensure work accuracy
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage and coordinate site labor and subcontractors
• Report site progress and issues to management

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
2–4 years
Required Skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Communication Skills
GCC Experience in construction
Good leadership
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
