We are seeking an Commis I is responsible for assisting senior chefs in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in food quality. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes as per standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
