We are seeking a skilled Commis I to support kitchen operations and assist in food preparation. The ideal candidate will have good culinary knowledge and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality
Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation and cooking of dishes as per menu
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow instructions from the Chef/Sous Chef
• Monitor stock and assist in inventory management
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
