Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our structural steel fabrication team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC cutting and drilling machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring precision in the fabrication of structural steel components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety
Responsibilities
• Operate CNC cutting, drilling, and machining equipment for structural steel fabrication according to production schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate machining.
• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and monitor machining operations to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow company quality standards and health & safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
