Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a leading construction company in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, supervise site teams, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in building and infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor site workers, subcontractors, and material requirements to maintain productivity and quality.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Report daily site progress, resolve construction issues, and coordinate with project engineers and consultants.
• Ensure proper use of equipment, maintain a safe working environment, and enforce HSE procedures on-site.
