Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor (Cum JP) to join our Oil & Gas project team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will supervise civil construction activities, coordinate site operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and client specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing site teams in industrial construction environments
Responsibilities
• Supervise civil construction activities including concrete, structural, excavation, and finishing works.
• Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and client representatives.
• Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, subcontractors, and material requirements.
