Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and physically fit Civil Helpers to support construction activities. The selected candidates will assist skilled workers, supervisors, and site teams with material handling, basic construction tasks, site preparation, and general labour activities. The ideal candidate should be able to follow instructions, work efficiently in a team, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and productivity
Responsibilities
• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Support site preparation, cleaning, material handling, and general civil work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and comply with company safety procedures.
