Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Civil Foreman to join a leading construction company . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily civil construction activities, coordinating site workers, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, workforce management, and material coordination. This role requires effective leadership, technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities, including excavation, concrete work, blockwork, plastering, formwork, and finishing works.
• Allocate work to masons, carpenters, steel fixers, helpers, and other site workers while monitoring productivity and progress.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, construction layouts, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with approved quality standards, project requirements, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
