Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Technician to join a leading facilities management company . The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water-cooled and air-cooled chiller systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems while ensuring reliable and energy-efficient operation of building cooling systems
Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum system efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Monitor chiller performance, refrigerant levels, water treatment systems, and operating parameters to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
