Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to oversee furniture manufacturing and joinery operations for a leading woodworking company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of woodworking production, and the ability to supervise fabrication, installation, quality control, and workforce management while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily carpentry and joinery production activities, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and production schedules.
• Coordinate and lead carpenters, machine operators, and installation teams while monitoring productivity and workmanship.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and production plans to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
• Monitor material usage, maintain quality standards, and implement safety procedures throughout the production process.
• Prepare daily progress reports, coordinate with project managers, and ensure timely completion of projects.
