We are seeking experienced Carpentry/Site Foremen for a leading Fit-Out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising carpentry teams, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing fit-out projects according to project timelines and safety standards
Responsibilities
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate carpentry and fit-out activities at project sites.
• Allocate tasks and manage carpenters and site workers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of carpentry works and interior fit-out projects.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
