Job Description
The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the Managing Director or other authorized company personnel. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, planning efficient travel routes, ensuring punctuality.
Responsibilities
• Safely transport the Managing Director and other authorized personnel to business meetings, project sites, airports, and other designated locations.
• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals while minimizing travel delays.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, including fuel, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and battery
• Arrange routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections as required.
• Ensure the vehicle always has sufficient fuel for scheduled trips.
• Ensure all vehicle registration, insurance, and related documents remain valid and available
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
