Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Bolt Torquing Foreman for an Oil & Gas Shutdown Project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in controlled bolting, hydraulic torque tightening, flange management, and shutdown maintenance activities. Candidates must be capable of leading a team, coordinating daily work, and ensuring all bolting activities follow approved procedures. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, safety awareness, and quality control skills are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead bolt torquing technicians during shutdown activities.
• Ensure controlled bolting and torque tightening are completed according to specifications.
• Verify flange alignment, bolt condition, torque values, and joint integrity.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, hydraulic torque equipment, and daily work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
