Job Description
We are hiring experienced Boiler Supervisors for a leading KSA industrial project to oversee boiler-related installation, maintenance, and site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of boiler systems and the ability to supervise technical teams in an industrial environment. Candidates must be capable of coordinating manpower, monitoring work quality, and ensuring activities follow project specifications and safety requirements. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise boiler installation, maintenance, and related site activities.
• Lead and coordinate technicians, fitters, and other technical personnel.
• Monitor work progress, quality, materials, tools, and manpower.
• Review technical drawings and ensure work complies with project requirements.
• Ensure safe working practices and coordinate with engineers and other departments.
