Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, electrical, and utility systems in commercial and industrial facilities
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, operate, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated field devices.
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, electrical, and utility systems through BMS software to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communication networks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
