Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Technician to join a leading facilities maintenance project . The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Building Management System equipment and associated control systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, communication networks, and HVAC automation systems. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of integrated building services
Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, test, commission, and maintain BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot BMS faults, communication issues, control failures, and equipment alarms, and perform corrective maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of BMS equipment and ensure all systems operate according to approved specifications.
• Check and calibrate sensors, thermostats, pressure switches, control valves, dampers, and other field devices.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, system documentation, and coordinate with BMS Operators and maintenance teams.
