Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Technician to join a leading facilities management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated HVAC control systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of BMS controllers, sensors, field devices, and automation systems while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of building services
Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, controllers, and field devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS equipment to ensure optimal building performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose system faults, respond to alarms, and carry out corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, calibration, and programming support for BMS-controlled systems in coordination with engineers.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
