Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an experienced BMS Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial facilities in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls, automation systems, PLC/DDC controllers, and BMS software while ensuring efficient building operations and compliance with safety and quality standards
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and related field devices.
• Monitor and optimize HVAC, ventilation, lighting, and other building automation systems for efficient performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in controllers, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communication networks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with HSE and company standards.
