Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BMS Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and residential facilities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HVAC controls, automation systems, field devices, and BMS software while ensuring optimal building performance and energy efficiency
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated field devices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of HVAC, lighting, ventilation, and other building automation systems.
• Diagnose faults in sensors, controllers, actuators, control panels, and communication networks.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, system testing, and calibration to ensure reliable operation.
• Prepare maintenance reports, maintain system documentation, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
